RENT-TO-BUY
We take on a property and pay guaranteed rent (as explained on the Long-Term Guaranteed rent page below) but with an option to buy your property at the end of the contract. You reserve the right to retain your property at anytime before the contract expires. We would purchase your property in the future at a fixed price, which is usually the full market value, or more!
​Our rent-to-buy contracts typically range from 5-7 years in duration.

We rent properties for a long-term period of 3-5 years where we guarantee the rent payable to you and fully manage your property. We become are your tenants and you will only ever have to deal with us.​
We start paying you your guaranteed rent as soon as the property is ready to let. This could be from the day we sign the lease or as soon as any refurbishment is carried out depending on what work we need to do.
PURCHASE
